About the Role

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modelers to join our dynamic team in Rajkot.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge or experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and

Navisworks. You will be responsible for creating, modifying, and coordinating BIM models

for various commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ensuring smooth collaboration

with design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, modify, and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit for

Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines, including integration of Point Cloud

data.

 Create accurate 3D models and detailed 2D drawings for commercial, residential,

and industrial projects.

 Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between different

disciplines using Navisworks.

 Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, and construction teams to

ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

 Maintain BIM standards, templates, and guidelines in line with company protocols

and industry best practices.

 Extract schedules, quantities, and other data from models to support cost estimation

and project planning.

 Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback

throughout the project lifecycle.

 Organize and manage BIM files, ensuring proper documentation, version control,

and sharing across teams.

 Use DIALux for lighting calculations and simulations (preferred).

 Support team members and contribute to BIM training, ensuring knowledge sharing

and efficient workflows.

Required skills and qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering

● Autodesk Revit Architecture, Structure, MEP & Point Cloud (Mandatory)

● AutoCAD MEP

● Navisworks (for clash detection & coordination)

● DIALux (Preferred for lighting calculations)

● MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
