Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with 6 Months to 1 Years of experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or IT Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with recruitment and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
- Support contract negotiations and client onboarding.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and business needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Recruitment Coordination
- Work closely with recruiters to understand client requirements.
- Clearly communicate hiring needs and expectations to the recruitment team.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Support the timely closure of client requirements by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Sales Operations
- Maintain accurate client, opportunity, and activity records in the CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline progress and follow-up activities.
- Maintain sales documentation, contracts, and client records.
- Assist in preparing business presentations and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and documentation standards.
Required Skills
- 6 Months to 1 Years of experience in Business Development, IT Staffing, Recruitment, or IT Services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and IT staffing industry.
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
