Account Manager

Roles - Account Manager (Male candidates only)

Experience - 3 to 4 years

Location - NCR/Gurgaon/Noida/Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships and understand their requirements
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client requirements
• Track account progress, solve problems quickly, and work with the team to meet targets

Mandatory - Previous experience as an Account Manager managing for enterprise customer at at least one year

Should be ready to travel within NCR ('Gurgaon, Delhi, Faridabad and Noida)
