Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Lead with strong experience in the IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT Staff Augmentation
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients across industries (US / India / GCC / global markets)
  • Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams)
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with recruitment teams for timely delivery
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development within IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Staff Augmentation handling both IT and Non-IT requirements
  • Proven track record in revenue generation and client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of contract staffing, C2C, W2, and permanent hiring models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (mandatory)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with MSP/VMS models is an added advantage
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
