Audits Management

• Responsible to coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, including MSPs to review and ensure adherence of compliance policies and processes
• Responsible to coordinate with Cross functional teams and Opcos to provide data on time and on basic challenge on data submissions and also perform data validation before sharing it with auditors.
• Monitor Audit Data Requests and formulate effective reasoning on non-compliances raised. Basic vetting of audit data e.g: duration of data, approvals etc.
• Good documentation skills like writing management responses on the observation identified.
• Need to closely liaison with cross functional teams in relation to data and queries to ensure zero non-compliance on audits
• Collating and publishing the Audit Management and Compliance dashboards
• Keep abreast of developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in IT Operations compliance control

Partner Management

Closely need to work with the Partners of IT Teams to monitor enforcement adherence to IT Audit Management

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, or relevant field.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skill
• Professional qualification/certification in Project Management Techniques and related disciplines

Good to have:

• CISA, CISM or CRiSC certified
• Certified compliance professional is a plus

Working Experience:

Must have:

• A minimum of 5-10 years’ relevant experience in IT Audits and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IT industry processes and regulations.
• An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
