DEVOPS ENGINEER (AWS CLOUD)

Key Responsibilities:-

Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS (EC2, EKS)

 Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment

workflows

 Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools

 Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

 Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability

 Collaborate with development teams to streamline release processes

 Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions

 Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments

 Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

 Maintain version control, deployment strategies, and rollback mechanisms

�� Required Technical Skills

Cloud & Infrastructure

 Strong experience with AWS services:

o EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch

 Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation preferred)

 Understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, routing, security

groups)

CI/CD & Automation

 Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

 Strong understanding of build and release management processes

 Experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

 Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash

Containers & Orchestration

 Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)

 Knowledge of container lifecycle management and orchestration

Monitoring & Logging

 Experience with:

o ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

o Prometheus, Grafana

o InfluxDB

 Ability to set up dashboards, alerts, and log aggregation systems

Streaming & Messaging (Good to Have)

 Experience with Kafka or similar distributed messaging systems

 Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

 Focus on automation and reducing manual intervention

 Understanding of system scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance

 Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery practices

 Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
