Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

 Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and

services.

 Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following engineering best

practices.

 Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design

decisions.

 Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth testing, deployment, and

monitoring.

Collaboration

 Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ship

features end-to-end.

 Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain

code quality across the team.

 Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.

Continuous Improvement

 Identify technical improvements, optimize code for performance, and reduce

technical debt.

 Explore new technologies and share knowledge with the team.

 Ensure application security, stability, and reliability in production

environments.

Requirements

Education & Experience

 B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

 6-8 years of experience in software development with a strong record of

technical ownership.

Technical Skills

 Proficiency in Java 8+.

 Solid understanding of REST APIs(Spring boot), microservices, databases

(SQL/NoSQL), and caching systems like Redis/Aerospike.

 Solid understanding of different messaging systems like Solace & Kafka

with experience in writing respective publisher & consumers.

 Experience with Go Lang, Python and frontend frameworks like React will be

a plus

 Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps tools

(Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

 Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design

principles.

Soft Skills

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

 Good communication and documentation skills.
