We're seeking an experienced Ops professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks with various teams, tracking and following up on tasks planned in the Ops team, and ensuring governance through regular meetings with Audit and Governance committees. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in working in Ops teams, handling SLAs and SLOs, and tracking KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate tasks with various teams, including business and OPCOs
- Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Track and follow up on tasks planned in the Ops team
- SLA and SLO Management:
- Handle SLAs and SLOs for operational tasks and projects
- Track KPIs that have breached SLA and take corrective actions
- Governance and Compliance:
- Attend regular meetings with Audit and Governance committees
- Coordinate internally to ensure governance and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest changes to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Prior experience in working in Ops teams, preferably in a similar role
- Strong understanding of SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Functional knowledge
- Knowledge on BI, Telecom domain and project management
- Bigdata and analytics experience is add-on.
