- Source and recruit IT candidates for various roles
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Target - 3 closures per month
- Submissions - 4 to 5 in a day
