Senior Specialist - TAT

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic skills, experience, and communication.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand job requirements.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
