Key Responsibilities
- Identify target companies based on industry, geography, and business criteria.
- Track hiring activity, funding news, expansion plans, and other buying signals.
- Research and identify decision-makers (HR, Hiring Managers, Procurement, Founders, etc.).
- Source and verify contact information including email, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Build, maintain, and enrich lead databases with accurate information.
- Categorize and prioritize leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold.
- Maintain a clean, updated, and deduplicated CRM/database.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Market Research, Sales Research, or Business Development Support.
- Strong LinkedIn research and prospecting skills.
- Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, or similar.
- Excellent internet research and data validation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
