Desktop Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops and Wi-Fi devices.
• Provide technical support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
• Manage Active Directory, group policies, and user accounts.
• Install, Deploy and update software.
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement endpoint protection.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and co-ordinate with seniors for support
• Co-ordination with Vendors
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions.
• Support end-users on IT best practices.
