Finance Lead
Experience: 3–4 years
Location: Bengaluru India
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records of the company.
- Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts.
- Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate reports for management, such as P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- GST & Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage supplier/vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Payroll & Employee Expenses
- Assist in processing payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain records of advances, loans, and other employee financial transactions.
- Audits & Compliance
- Assist internal and external auditors during audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal control procedures.
- Financial Analysis & Budgeting
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Support management with financial insights for decision-making.
- Other Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support senior accountants or finance managers in ad-hoc finance projects.
