3-5 years of Experience In L1/L2 Application Support and Operations
- It's a shift Operation. candidtae should be flexible and able to support Operations in 24x7 environment on rotation basis (Female candidates would do Morning & Afternoon shifts)
- Monitor Alerts promptly on tools, follow SOP and necessary escaltion matrix accordingly in timely manner
- Monitoring, analysing and escalating issues and partner queries in time
- Prompt logging of identified or reported issues in the ITSM tool
- Working closely with Operation Managers and Application Leads
- Identify recurring problem areas and provide inputs for application enhancement and automations.
- Maintain KEDB and internal documentation over central repository.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and constructive with problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills for team collaboration
Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
- Unix, SQL and Application Support
- The ability to cope under pressure and juggle priorities
- Good in monitoring, log-analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to escalate and resolve business/operational issues
- Strong analytical skills
