HR Generalist
Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage RMG operations across multiple countries. The role includes handling employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, vendor management, and RMG support for teams in at least three countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit processes
- Handle employee relations and workplace concerns
- Maintain attendance and timesheet records
- Respond to employee queries
- Process per diem and reimbursements
- Support performance review cycles
- Coordinate and process payroll accurately and on time
- Manage vendors and service providers
- Handle procurement
- Support RMG operations across a minimum of three countries
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations
- MBA from a reputed college
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and presentable
