Senior Specialist - TAT

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior IT Recruiter / Associate TAT Specialist with 3–4 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage recruitment timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, GitHub, Boolean and X-Ray searches.
3. Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strings to identify relevant technical talent.
4. Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future requirements.
6. Conduct initial candidate screening, qualification calls, and salary/notice-period discussions.
7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
8. APAC recruitment experience is a plus, particularly hiring across Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, or the Philippines.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, and sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill sets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good candidate screening and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong ownership of TAT, productivity, and recruitment targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing methods and AI-based recruitment tools.
• APAC recruitment experience is a nice-to-have.
