About the Role

Skilrock is seeking an energetic and commercially driven Business Development

professional to expand our presence across Europe. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid

level candidate who understands the regional market, speaks fluent English and local

language(s), and can build strategic relationships with operators, regulators, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities across Eastern Europe

 Build relationships with lottery operators, gaming companies, resellers, and

government stakeholders

 Support RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations

 Represent company at industry events and trade shows

 Maintain market intelligence on competitors, regulation, and new opportunities

 Coordinate internally with sales, product, and delivery teams

Ideal Candidate

 3+ years experience in business development / sales / partnerships

 Strong command of English + one or more Eastern European languages

 Spanish language is a plus

 Existing business network in Eastern Europe preferred

 Good understanding of Lottery / iGaming / Sports Betting / Gaming Tech

 Self-starter who can work independently in regional markets

 Comfortable with travel
