Senior Engineer Civil

JOB OVERVIEW

LOCATION

Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil/Structural Engineer to lead the design,

analysis, and execution of reinforced concrete (RCC) and steel structures for complex

industrial applications. This role demands expertise in advanced structural modelling,

rigorous documentation, and hands-on site execution, ensuring seamless integration

from concept design through construction handover. The successful candidate will

combine engineering precision with practical field implementation, driving quality, safety,

and efficiency across all project phases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform structural modelling and analysis using STAAD Pro, ETABS, or equivalent

software to deliver optimized, reliable designs.

· Prepare and review design documentation including drawings, load data sheets,

material take-offs, and technical specifications.

· Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and compliance with international and regional

codes (IS, ACI, Eurocode).

· Provide on-site technical support post-design, including issue resolution, construction

verification, material testing, and QA/QC oversight.

· Collaborate closely with construction teams to ensure accurate implementation and

maintain updated documentation.

· Identify design-to-execution gaps and propose practical, innovative solutions for

continuous improvement.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).

· 5–7 years of professional experience in structural design and site execution for

industrial or infrastructure projects.

· Proficiency in RCC and steel design, with strong working knowledge of STAAD

Pro and ETABS.

· Solid understanding of design codes, QA/QC processes, and post-design

execution practices including testing and implementation.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in high-

pressure project environments.

· Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams

and stakeholders.
